Please find below, within this document, the journal pages for January. I’ve tried doing it this way because it may make it easier for you to get straight into thinking about the prompts.

The idea with these prompts is that we begin to reflect on them and their meanings before we practice, during, and afterwards. But there is no one right way of using these. They are there for you to engage with however you like.
Writing has been proven to have many benefits for our wellbeing, but, equally, if you feel more to paint or dance, and just use these as a reference, that’s absolutely okay. Nobody will be checking.
Relating to the trees in Issue #2, these prompts are all about discovering our own personal lessons from them. I’d love to know how you get on, please feel free to share your insights.
