The same can be said for writing…
It too is a light that, once lit, never dims and the more we practice, the brighter the flame.
With the pulsing throng of noise that is often around us at this time of year, I wish to only offer you peace.
So I will keep it short:
To close the year, I invite you to open your notebook (or sketchbook) and create a response to Iyengar’s words in relation to your form of creative expression.
Enjoy exploring this idea, and I hope your findings can somehow integrate your practice and your life.
So that you can shine your light brightly as a way through for others to see and to follow.
