In all honesty, it’s been a difficult time.
Not all doom and gloom, for sure, but there’s no use in denying that this path can be bumpy at times.
And now is one of those times.
It’s the type of time that acts as a spotlight on any moments of the past, when life was pretty calm, at least on a soul level.
I feel like it’s been coming at me from many angles, too many to list here, but if you are on this planet right now and have even just an inch of a connection to your heart, then you will know what I mean.
Writing about the Yamas for #24 was - like it always is when we return to such wisdom - a moment of reckoning.
More just a reacquaintance.
Beyond mere revision.
Sometimes the lessons, in light of life’s recent happenings, pierced parts so deep inside me. Dormant, but not gone.
Reawakening the demons from their slumber, and I was called to face them once again. Toe to toe.
