Dear Ones, Thank-you to those of you who reached out to me in response to my first letter. It was wonderful to hear such supportive messages. Yes, it is a little scary starting something new, but, mostly, I am just excited! The Yoga Letters will begin in January 2023, and I just wanted to give you an idea of the sort of content that you can expect to find in the letters.
